Northfield Little League's Meeting Minutes are the written record of the discussion and actions taken during each of the League's monthly Board meetings.
Meeting Minutes for the most recent Northfield Little League Board meeting are generally approved at the subsequent meeting.
Once Minutes are approved by the Board, they will be available upon request.
The Northfield Little League Secretary & Information Officer is responsible for the maintenance and availability of these Minutes. As a custodian of the records, it is his/her duty to ensure that said Minutes are available to the public upon request.
